Content gaps

Content gaps is a per-project page under Analytics that lists the questions visitors asked which the AI could not answer well, grouped into topics. It covers the last 90 days and is visible to every team member.

Every AI answer is classified hourly as answered, partially answered, or unanswered. Unanswered and partial answers — plus any answer a visitor gave a thumbs-down — become signals. Similar signals are clustered into topics, each with a suggested question and an outline of what a good answer covers. Topics rebuild every 12 hours.

Four summary cards at the top: answers analyzed, not answered, partly answered, and rated unhelpful.

Below them, three tabs:

Tab Shows
Topics Clusters of related gaps, each with a suggested question and an outline for the answer.
Not answered The latest unanswered or partially answered replies, with the visitor’s question.
Rated answers Thumbs-up and thumbs-down ratings, with the reason the visitor gave and the source pages the answer cited.

Each gap is a page you haven’t written yet, or a page the assistant couldn’t find. Either:

  • Write or update the page on your site and refresh the source in your knowledge base, or
  • Add a Q&A answer — the button pre-fills the question, so you only write the answer. Q&A pairs take effect on save.
