Freemius store integration
Yamidoo for Freemius
Sell WordPress plugins or themes through Freemius? Your team sees a customer’s licenses, payments, subscriptions and the sites they activated on, right next to their conversation. Set up in the dashboard with a product token; no plugin needed on your site.
- Set up in two minutes
- One token per product
- Nothing copied out of Freemius
- Requires
- A Freemius product
- Setup
- In the dashboard
- Price
- Included, free
- Data stored
- None
What it does
The customer record, where you reply
- Licenses with plan, status, expiry, activations used and the key
- Payments and refunds, subscriptions with the next renewal date
- The sites the product is activated on, with version and last seen
“When does my license expire?” answered on the spot
- Opt in, and the AI reads the same record when a logged-in customer asks about their account
- License status and expiry, activations left, when the subscription renews
- Anonymous visitors get normal answers from your content, never someone else’s data
Fetched on demand, never stored
- Yamidoo asks Freemius for one customer at a time, only when a conversation is opened
- The product token is stored encrypted and never leaves our servers
- Remove a product and nothing about its customers stays behind
As many products as you sell
- Add each product with its own token; all of them show on one card
- Works for plugins and themes, monthly, annual and lifetime
- Runs alongside the WooCommerce and EDD connector if you use both
What your team sees
Open a conversation with a known email and the customer record is in the sidebar, exactly as your store has it. Each row links back to your admin.
- Customer
- Name, customer ID, customer since
- Licenses
- Product and plan, status, expiry or lifetime, activations used of limit, key — the 8 most recent
- Orders
- Payment ID, amount, payment or refund, plan, renewal, date, gateway — the 8 most recent
- Subscriptions
- Plan, status, created, next renewal or cancellation date, amount and cycle, gateway
- Sites
- Domain, free or premium, site title, version, last seen
…and what the AI can answer, if you let it
The AI is kept out by default. Switch it on and, for a customer who is logged in to your site, it reads the same record. An example, with a made-up customer:
Is my Inspiro Pro license still active, and can I use it on one more site?
Yes — your Premium license is active until March 2, 2027. It is activated on 2 of 3 sites, so you can add one more. Your subscription renews automatically on that date; you can manage it from your Freemius account page.

Two minutes, in the dashboard
Nothing to install on your site. You need the Product ID and the API bearer token from your Freemius Developer Dashboard.
- 1
Copy the product token
In the Freemius Developer Dashboard open the product, then Settings → API & Keys, and copy the Product ID and the API bearer token.
- 2
Add the product in Yamidoo
Open your project → Integrations → Customer data, paste both under Freemius and click Add product. Yamidoo checks the token right away.
- 3
Open a conversation
Any conversation with a known email now shows the Customer panel. Repeat step 2 for each product you sell.
The AI only uses the record for visitors whose login your site has verified, and only after you switch that on. For most Freemius sellers this is a tool for the team, since buyers rarely log in on the marketing site.
Your site already has the answers
Yamidoo just puts them in front of the person asking. One script tag, free to start, no credit card.
