Billing questions

What counts as a conversation?

One chat session with one visitor, no matter how many messages it contains. If the same person comes back after a day of inactivity, that starts a fresh conversation.

Do replies from my team count against my limit?

No. Only AI-answered conversations count — human replies are always free. Handing off to a person never costs you more.

What happens if I go over my limit?

We email you at 75%, 90% and 100%, and then pause AI answers on new conversations until the period resets or you upgrade. The widget keeps collecting messages so you can follow up. There is never a surprise bill.

Is the free plan a trial?

No — it is a standing plan. No credit card, no expiry date. If 50 conversations a month covers you, stay on it indefinitely.

How does annual billing work?

Annual is ten months for the price of twelve — two months free. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

What about VAT and currency?

Prices are shown tax-exclusive. EU customers are charged in EUR with VAT added at checkout, reverse-charged with a valid VAT ID; everyone else is charged in USD.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays available for a year after that before it is deleted.
