Yamidoo is the customer-support tool we built for our own websites, after years of answering the same questions by email.
WPZOOM has been building WordPress themes and plugins since 2008. Our products run on more than 250,000 sites, which means we have spent a long time on the receiving end of support: the same questions, at every hour, from people who could have found the answer on the page they were already reading.
Yamidoo started as the fix for that. An AI that learns a site's own content and answers visitors instantly, a live view of who is asking what, and a handoff to a real person that takes one click — with the whole conversation already in front of them. We ran it on wpzoom.com first. Then we made it something anyone can install.
We are a small team, and we answer support ourselves. The chat bubble on this site is Yamidoo running on Yamidoo.

Most questions a website gets are answered somewhere on that website. The AI should handle those instantly — and get out of the way the moment a person wants a person.
Answer from your content, not the internet
A support bot that improvises is worse than no bot. Yamidoo answers only from the pages, documents and Q&A you give it, and shows its sources.
Built for WordPress, works everywhere
We have shipped WordPress themes and plugins since 2008. Yamidoo is the support tool we wanted for our own sites, with a native plugin and a script tag for everything else.
No surprise bills, no fake features
We pause at your limit instead of charging past it, and nothing on this site describes a feature that is not in the product today.
