How does Yamidoo learn my content?
Give it your site URL or a sitemap, paste text in directly, or write Q&A pairs by hand. Yamidoo crawls and indexes those pages, then answers from them — and re-syncs on a schedule, or whenever you ask.
Does it work with WordPress?
Yes — natively. The Yamidoo WordPress plugin installs the widget with one field (your Site ID), identifies logged-in users to your team, and plays nicely with caching plugins like WP Rocket and LiteSpeed. We build WordPress products for a living; it works on our own sites.
Can a human take over a conversation?
Yes. When a visitor asks for a person, the conversation lands in your dashboard with the full history and a suggested reply already drafted. Whoever claims it picks up in the same thread, and if they step away, the AI steps back in.
What does the AI use to answer?
Only your content. Answers are generated from the pages, documents, and Q&A pairs you have indexed, and every reply shows the sources it drew from, so a visitor can check any answer in one click.
Is the free plan a trial?
No — it is a standing plan. No credit card, no expiry date. If 50 conversations a month covers you, stay on it indefinitely.
Do you train models on my content?
